Kelenteng Xian MA or Xian Ma Shrine is the oldest shrine in Makassar. Built since 1864, this place is often called with the moniker Istana Naga Sakti which is a representative of its overall Chinese-style designs. Any visitors coming to this place are likely to be amazed by the intricacies of the interior designs, with each floor representing he style of a different god. This place is located at Jl. Sulawesi Wajo, and a must visit during your visit to Makassar.

Danau Tempe

Located at the west side of Wajo Regency, Danau Tempe or Lake Tempe is stated to be the biggest producer of freshwater fish in the world.
