Situated at Jl. Gunung Lompobattang, behind Bank Indonesia, the name “Karebosi” was taken from the name of Makassar’s city plaza, the place where the restaurant was first built before it moved away to its current location. The restaurant is famous for its two signature dishes: Konro Soup—which is delicious soup filled with select beef meat, and Grilled Konro—which is select beef rib grilled to perfection and seasoned with Makassar-special peanot seasonings. In truth there are many places where you can enjoy Konro Soup, but none is as special as Karebosi
